What we do
We work in four practices — IT outsourcing, software development, AI development and staffing — and run three specialist functions as a managed service: QA, DevOps and CloudOps, and database administration.
Clients take one practice or the whole stack. A client might start with a managed QA function, add a dedicated development team the following quarter, and use our staffing practice to hire their own lead a year later. The point is that the capability is there when the roadmap needs it, and not on your payroll when it does not.
How we work
AI is embedded in every phase of our delivery lifecycle — planning, design, build, test, deploy and operate — and never bolted on at the end. Every output an AI tool produces is reviewed by a senior engineer before it ships. That pairing is what makes the speed safe.
Delivery runs on a disciplined agile cadence: two-week sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint demos and retrospectives. You see working software at the end of every sprint, and you have access to the repository, the board and the environments throughout.
What we believe
Senior people, or none. There is no junior padding on your budget. Every engineer is hands-on senior with cross-industry depth, because a cheap day rate that doubles the timeline is not a saving.
One accountable team. A single point of ownership from strategy through to support. No gaps between suppliers for a problem to fall into.
Say the inconvenient thing early. If a brief is unrealistic at the budget, if a migration should be postponed, or if the AI project you are asking for is not worth doing, you will hear it in the first conversation rather than the retrospective.
