Dedicated team
A ring-fenced squad that works only on your product and owns it like their own. You set the priorities; we handle hiring, cover, payroll and the office.
IT Outsourcing
Extend your capacity without the overhead of building a team in-house. You get senior engineers working in your tools, your repository and your sprint cadence — reporting to you, with full visibility of what they ship.
What you get
Most clients start with one of these and move between them as the work changes. None of them lock you into headcount you no longer need.
A ring-fenced squad that works only on your product and owns it like their own. You set the priorities; we handle hiring, cover, payroll and the office.
Senior specialists embedded in your existing team, in your stand-ups and your repository. Useful when you already have the process and simply need more capacity or a specific skill.
We take a whole function — QA, DevOps or DBA — and run it to an agreed outcome, rather than supplying people by the hour.
Why this works
Senior talent at a fraction of in-house cost, with no idle bench between projects.
Automation is built into how we work, so you ship more, sooner — with every output reviewed by a senior engineer.
A single point of ownership from strategy through to support. No handoffs between vendors, no gaps to manage.
Ramp the team up or down as your roadmap shifts. You are not carrying a permanent team through a quiet quarter.
How it runs
We work out what the team needs to do, what skills that implies and what it costs. Free, and no commitment.
You get the roles, the rate and a start date. You interview anyone you want to interview.
Accounts, access and context in the first week. We agree how we report and how often we demo.
Two-week sprints with daily stand-ups and sprint demos. You see working software, not status reports.
Every quarter we review whether the team is the right size and shape. Sometimes the answer is smaller.

Questions
You set priorities; we handle the people. A dedicated team comes with its own lead who runs stand-ups, unblocks the engineers and reports to you. With staff augmentation your own manager runs the work and we stay out of the way.
Typically 3–4 weeks from agreement to a working team, because we are recruiting against a defined role rather than building a function from scratch. A single augmented engineer is usually faster.
Clients see around a 40% saving against the in-house cost of the same seniority. The exact rate depends on the roles, the size of the team and the length of the engagement — tell us what the team needs to do and we will send a written estimate.
Yes. Source code, designs and documentation created for you belong to you, and we work inside accounts you own and can revoke. See our Security & Compliance page for the detail.
Replacement and handover are our problem, not yours. Work is documented in your repository and tracker as it happens, and a second engineer is always familiar enough with the codebase to keep delivery moving.
We are in India (UTC+5:30), which overlaps a full working day with Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and the morning in the UK. For US clients we agree a fixed overlap window for stand-ups and reviews.
