What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us:
- through the contact form: your name, work email, company (if provided), the service you are interested in and your message;
- by email: whatever you send us, including a CV if you apply for a role;
- through analytics, but only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type.
The chat assistant on this site runs entirely in your browser. It answers from pre-written information and does not store or transmit your questions.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. We use job applications only to assess you for the role and others like it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are only set after you press Accept on the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
No advertising or tracking cookies are used on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries arrive in our business email. We keep them for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is seen by the Zorvix team members who need to answer it. We use Google Workspace for email and Google Analytics for site statistics; both process data on our behalf. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google in the process of loading the page.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email info@zorvixconsulting.com and we will respond promptly. If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have handled your data badly, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
